On Wednesday, February 21, our restaurant Sporting Alpe d'Huez had the privilege of plunging into the world of Minuty, a family estate steeped in history and winemaking tradition, whose roots go back to the 1930s. Nestled in the heart of Provence, Château Minuty is much more than a simple winery; it is a symbol of passion, authenticity and know-how passed on from generation to generation.
That day, in the cozy and elegant atmosphere of our establishment, our guests had the opportunity to discover Minuty's Prestige range. Fine and delicate rosés, reflecting both the richness of the land and the mild Mediterranean climate, were presented with all the passion and dedication specific to the Matton family, guardians of the Minuty heritage.
Beyond the taste aspect, this event was an opportunity for our guests to dive into the world of Minuty wines, to share moments of exchange and to try to win magnums!
Building on this success, we plan to repeat this experience during the summer season, which is all the more favourable for rosé.
